
Emma Campbell is a Senior Human Resources Consultant with HCG, where she specializes in implementing HR best practices and projects.
Campbell's areas of expertise include policy development, change management, learning development, HR startup support and a variety of employee relations, communications and strategic initiatives.
During her 12-year career as an HR professional in New Zealand, Australia and the United States, Campbell has been instrumental in working with organizations on a full range of successful strategic HR assessment, development, staffing and employee engagement initiatives.
Campbell's initiatives and experience on policy development, change management and learning development have been widely recognized. In 2006, she was awarded Young HR Person of the Year for Northland in New Zealand, and in 2008, Campbell developed two nationally syndicated and recognized online learning courses for New Zealand tertiary institutes.
Campbell holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.
